Q: What is the waiting time for Geo and Dolly Eos contact lens?
A: 7 to 10 days for Geo. 2 weeks to 2.5 weeks for Dolly Eos.
Provided if there's no OOS or any delays.

Q: Why are you guys selling the lenses in such a low price? Is the lenses fake?
A: The reason why we're selling in such a low price because some people might not be able to afford expensive lenses. So perhaps selling it in a low price not only our customers can afford it, they can feel even more prettier with their BIG, CUTE and ALLURING eyes! Furthermore, our Geo lenses comes along with the ANTI-FAKE stickers. So rest assure ordering from us.

Q: I would like to purchase 2 pairs of lenses, can you give me discount?
A: Sorry, no. We're selling it in a very low price, we don't get to earn this way. But, we might consider if you purchase 5 pairs and above.

Q: Can I do concealed cash?
A: Yes you can. But, we strongly don't encourage this payment method. There won't be any refund made if the money went missing. Please email us for our address.

Q: Can I refund/exchange the lenses I ordered?
A: No refunds/exchange allowed due to hygiene issues.
